1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, participants, sponsors, and users of Signature Sports Complex.
1.2 By utilizing our facilities, programs, or services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1.3 Signature Sports Complex reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Facility Rentals
2.1 Booking and Availability: All facility rentals are subject to availability. Bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our team.
2.2 Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the rental date.
2.3 Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may qualify for rescheduling or partial refunds, as outlined in your rental agreement.
2.4 Rental Usage: Rental spaces may only be used for the specified purpose agreed upon during booking (e.g., sports activities, private events).
3. Use of Facilities
3.1 Appropriate Use: Facilities must be used solely for their intended purpose. Misuse may result in termination of rental and/or additional charges for damages.
3.2 Supervision: Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or a responsible guardian.
3.3 Prohibited Items: Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and unauthorized equipment are strictly prohibited on the premises.
3.4 Safety Measures: Participants must follow all safety protocols, including wearing proper attire and equipment.
4. Programs and Events
4.1 Registration: All program participants must register in advance. Late registrations may not be accommodated.
4.2 Payment: Program fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the program terms.
4.3 Schedule Changes: Signature Sports Complex reserves the right to modify or cancel programs/events. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes.
4.4 Conduct: All participants are expected to exhibit respectful behavior. Disruptive individuals may be removed without refund.
5. Sponsorships
5.1 Existing Sponsors: Signature Sports Complex appreciates the support of our sponsors. Sponsors are acknowledged through listings and agreements, with terms agreed upon individually.
5.2 New Sponsors: Potential sponsors may inquire about opportunities through our contact form. Approval is subject to Signature Sports Complex’s discretion.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Assumption of Risk: By using our facilities, participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical activities and events.
6.2 Waiver of Liability: Signature Sports Complex is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the use of its facilities.
6.3 Insurance: Participants and renters are encouraged to have adequate personal insurance coverage. Signature Sports Complex’s insurance does not cover individual injuries or damages.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 All visitors, participants, and renters must:
- Show respect to staff, other visitors, and the premises.
- Adhere to all posted rules and guidelines.
- Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior.
7.2 Signature Sports Complex reserves the right to remove individuals who fail to comply with these standards.
8. Maintenance and Damages
8.1 Cleanliness: Users must leave the facilities clean and organized after use.
8.2 Damages: Any damage caused to the premises or equipment must be reported immediately. Users are financially responsible for repairs or replacements.
